Filing a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of copyrighted work

   • Describe the work you claim is infringed
   • Provide URL or other location

2. Identification of infringing material

   • Specific URL on GYIBB where material appears
   • Description of the infringing content

3. Contact information

   • Your name, address, phone, email

4. Good faith statement

   • “I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

5. Accuracy statement

   • “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.”

6. Signature

   • Physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the content source (if applicable)
• Respond within 48-72 hours

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to: dmca@gyibb.com

Include:

• Identification of removed material
• Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
• Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
• Your signature

Fair Use Defense

GYIBB aggregates and synthesizes publicly available content for:

• Commentary and criticism

• Research and education

We believe our use constitutes fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107. However, we respect copyright holders and will remove content upon valid request.

Repeat Infringers
